OUR CUSTOMER SURVEY
In August 2007 we started to conduct an ongoing, confidential survey asking our existing customers to give all of our staff, including Directors, marks out of ten to measure our performance in six areas.
This survey forms part of the Humbergrove Insurance 'Treating Customers Fairly' policy. This survey also helps us to monitor our business performance and meet some of the obligations which we have to the Financial Services Authority, who regulate our business.
The overall results, as at 22nd July 2008, based on 1632 replies are as follows:

We are more than delighted with these results showing an average of
9.81 out of 10 especially when we work to capacity in a pressurised environment.
We are using this information as a platform to move forward, aiming to provide an even better service
… but we must be doing something right !
