The following information is designed to help you if you have a claim out of normal office hours. Please always ‘keep Humbergrove in the loop’ if you have a claim as we are here to help and we also need the claim information to enable us to keep your insurance records up to date.
If you are involved in a non-fault motor incident, where the other party involved is clearly at fault and you have their insurance details, then please report the incident to AIM on 0800 195 2101. Please have your Policy number and Insurer details to hand when you report your incident.
